General delivery deadline

Register and store information on the names of migrants and workers returning abroad.

After completing all activities within 1 (one) business day of receiving the application, transfer the registration ID card to the 2nd day.

Operational data collection of migrant workers.

 

To undertake targeted activities to collect precise information of expatriate and expatriate workers. According to the scope of the timeframe activities.

 

Supporting the welfare and protection of migrant workers at home and abroad.

Provide the required services according to the needs of the migrant workers and in accordance with existing law within 3-5 days

 

Establishment of family of migrant workers with other government service providers. 

Demand action within 3 (seven) days.

Provide information services.

Provide training for migrants and expatriates abroad, jobs abroad, and secure immigration information within 5 (one) days.

Receiving complaints, investigating / investigating and sending them to the authorities.

The complaint received is sent to the authorities within 7 (seven) days of investigation.

Opinion on returning the bodies of the deceased or accidental workers abroad / returning to the country / burial / burial in their respective country.

Within 3 (three) business days, the dead bodies of the deceased workers abroad are returned to the appropriate authorities for collection of opinions from the legitimate heirs of the deceased to be returned / buried in the respective country.

 rovide financial assistance of Rs. 200000-300000-by the WageEarners Welfare Board, payment of arrears of salary and insurance, and disbursement of check and distribution of checks.

Transfer to BMET for approval of check within 5 (seven) working days prior to the inquiry into the submitted documents and heirs.

Collection, preservation and dissemination of job information, notification information at home and abroad.

 

The activities related to the collection, dissemination and preservation of notice of country / foreign employment are disseminated through the notice board every working day.

Women workers are provided with immigration information services and assistance in training.

Celebrating International Migrant Day.

Every year on December 7, International Migrant Day is celebrated in appropriate dignity.

Increase public awareness and involvement of NGOs on safe migration.

To raise public awareness programs and strengthen the involvement of NGOs for safe migration in the district.

Provide assistance to the banking channel for the transfer of remittances and remittance.

Counseling and incentive of expatriates to send remittances through immigration and banking channels and to build bridge bonds with banking institutions.

According to the BMET, the report of the Recruiting Agency / Translation Center is sent to BME within 7 (seven) business days.

Acceptance of Biometric Impressions (within 5 working days) of foreign migrant workers abroad on the basis of photocopy of registration, passport and visa.
